Performance Chemicals will be a new, leading industrial chemical company apart from its current parent company, DuPont, effective July, 2015. Performance Chemicals will have global leadership in titanium dioxide, fluorochemicals, fluoropolymers and selected specialty and industrial chemicals. It will be focused on serving customers who rely on these products, along with improved capability to respond to customer needs and market trends with a highly competitive asset base, product line and workforce. Performance Chemicals will have a presence in 36 countries and will serve customers in more than 90 countries around the world. The new company will supply customers from 38 manufacturing locations, which span every region of the world. The result will be a new company with the assets and presence to support the continued global operation of our businesses and to serve customers around the world.

Regional Supply Chain Planner

REPORTING TO Regional Supply Chain Manager, FPS, AP

RESPONSIBILITIES ？

Analyze demand during lead time, identify abnormal demand patterns and verify causes with our sales/marketing team and customers.
？ Determine the SKU inventory levels, locations, and safety stocks by customer/warehouse to support the desired level of customer service while maintaining cost effective levels of inventory.
？ Execute the SKU phase in/phase out plans collaboratively with customers/sales & marketing.
？ Maintains and coordinates the relationship between Master Scheduler, Logistics Specialist and Demand Planner as well as ensuring integration with other Supply Chain processes. DRP time periods are synchronized with Master Production Scheduling.
？ Reviews and acts upon plan exception messages (rescheduling open orders as feasible and coordinating with demand manager to manage demand when supply is not adequate) from the daily re-planning of resources.
？ Maintains master data for the distribution/deployment network
？ Executes the timely release of STOs.
？ Monitor, analyze and propose corrective action: ODR, ODP, OFLT (shared with other roles).
？ Communicate production issues, supply changes, deviations from plan and potential resolutions to Sales and Marketing.
？ Analyze customer SKU order demand patterns, collaborate with the marketing/product manager, sales reps and customers to validate the forecast of demand by customer/warehouse for each SKU.


Qualifications ？
Bachelor degree.
？ At least 2 years' relevant working experience.
？ Good knowledge of SAP & BW
？ Good knowledge of export process – booking, customs clearance, documentary, Letter of Credit, and payment collection.
？ Basic knowledge of logistics and hazardous materials handling
？ Supply Chain knowledge is a plus.
？ Strong communication capability in both English and Mandarin
？ Strong in data analysis
？ Good computer skills, especially with Excel spreadsheet
？ Proactive, a good team player, and willing to learn and take extra responsibility
？ Preferably with SAP R/3 STC and/ or RTP key user experience
