SBU: DC&F – Performance Chemical
Reports to: Regional Supply Chain Manager, Fchem, AP
Location: Shanghai

Responsibilities:
? Translate demand requirement and supply capability into a feasible supply plan and coordinate with regional/global distribution planning, transportation and warehouse team to continuously improve order fulfillment performance.
? Communicate effectively with vendors (for raw materials, forwarders etc.) to fulfill the export orders based on the global/regional supply meeting and ensure the compliance with regulatory and polices
? Report vendor performance metrics. Identify issues and work with other supply chain and supporting functions to develop action plan to continuously improve service level.
? Track open orders implementation status on a daily basis. Anticipate, diagnose, and resolve potential order fulfillment problems and expedites orders as needed to ensure customer requirements are met.
? Provides feedback to order placers as necessary to enable on-time deliveries/ shipments (working with the logistics coordinator, Freight Forwarders and the Warehouse Contacts)
? Provides export-specific requirements to the receiving locations, e.g.: What needs to be on the booking message & space release. What texts are required on the documents
? Ensure export compliance and safely handles of dangerous goods. Equipped with most updated hazardous materials knowledge, procedure and guidance.
? Coordinate various payments – material, freight and relevant export charge
? Maintains the Export components of the relevant Desk Procedures
? Can act as a gatekeeper on supply in short-supply situations, must work with Supply Chain in doing so

Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree above
? At least 2 years' relevant working experience.
? Good knowledge of SAP & BW
? Good knowledge of export process – booking, customs clearance, documentary, Letter of Credit, and payment collection.
? Basic knowledge of logistics and hazardous materials handling
? Supply Chain knowledge is a plus.
? Strong communication capability in both English and Mandarin
? Strong in data analysis
? Good computer skills, especially with Excel spreadsheet
? Proactive, a good team player, and willing to learn and take extra responsibility
? Preferably with SAP R/3 STC and/ or RTP key user experience
