Position Title: Marketing & Communication Specialist, AP, Filaments, DPP
Report to: Global Product & Marketing Leader, Filaments, DPP
Location: Shanghai

Responsibilities:
? Collect, compile, verify, and analyze data on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the product both at the B2B and B2B2C levels
? Migrate website and upgrade content based on renewed product information, new product launches and current market trends
? Design actions for unauthorized and anti-counterfeit products online
? Assign sales leads to sales team diligently. Track conversion rate of leads into opportunities and identify area of improvement
? Develop highly tailored content for product and marketing presentations
? Work on communication packages for new product launches. Communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support product launches
? Prepare for exhibitions with print designs & vendor coordination
? Optimize online presence through social media platforms
? Design new sample kit to be able to incorporate new products with flexibilities
? Develop knowledge of the organization’s products, services, and customers by working closely with product, technical, and regional sales managers
? Analysis of profitability of product lines
? Maintain records of sales volume, revenues, and advertising costs and analyze them against forecasts to identify areas where the sales performance of the product/service needs to be improved

Requirements:
? Bachelor’s Degree or above with major in Business, Marketing or related field
? 5-8 years marketing or marketing and marketing communication experience in related industry
? Have experience of working with cross functions
? Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes
? Ability to work independently under limited supervision
? Good business acumen and basic financial acumen
? Strong analytical Skills and project management skills
? Knowledge of social media and e-marketing
? Team player with good interpersonal, communication, negotiation skills
? High level of verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
