Responsibilities:

? Promote company core values
? Achieve annual growth and profit objectives by Key account Management & Channel management strategies with a strong
sales operation in the territory
? Execute global POIs or regional/country growth programs in China and deliver the target revenue and key milestones
? Lead/work with cross-functional project team to explore market back new applications or new market entrance opportunities
through Rapid Market Assessment (RMA)
? Understand and collect the market trend and competition dynamics

Qualifications:

? 5 years above working experience as sales or marketing, business development in multinational company.
? New business development experience is strongly preferred.
? Bachelor degree in Material Science, Chemical Engineering, Textile Engineering, or any related disciplines
? Demonstrated independent project management skills, quickly build customer relationship with key value chain players and
OEMs
? Strong cross-function/SBU influencing skills to leverage resource
? Quick learner to master new market, value chain & product knowledge; good business acumen for market dynamics and new
idea generation
? Good English and Mandarin presentation & communication skills
? Willing to travel
