Responsibilities：

Lead and participate various audits and reviews of corporate and business processes with emphasis on operational, financial reporting and compliance risks.
Lead and prepare all necessary risk assessments through data collection, interviews, data analysis during initial audit planning and scoping phase.
Lead and execute audit from start to end, including planning, scoping, data analysis, sampling, interviewing, testing, audit work documentation and writing excellent audit report.
Communicate with clients and audit management on all potential concerns, issues assessment and conclusion in an effective and professional manner, both in English and in Mandarin, verbally and by writing.
Lead audit team members, also work effectively as a team member, to ensure audit completion in a timely manner.
Educate clients and organizations on internal control and business ethics matters and demonstrate highest standard by example.
Lead and participate consulting or business partnering projects with defined objectives.
Seek to maintain good relationship with clients with mutual goal to improve internal controls of the Company.
Conduct ethics investigation occasionally with guidance from specialized investigation team.

Requirements:

High proficiency in the English & Mandarin language (verbal and written) required
At least 5 years of auditing or internal control related field experience required
30% ~ 50% travels required.
Knowledge of China specific risk area, regulation and compliance framework highly preferred
Knowledge of Asia Pacific region preferred
Knowledge of shared services center operations preferred
Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and/or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
Knowledge of SAP required. Knowledge of data analytics software and practice (ACL) highly preferred.
Academic background on Auditing, Accounting or Finance preferred
Able to think strategically and understand the picture. Able to communicate concisely over complex issues
Being analytical and able to solve problem. Able to plan & organize well.
Being assertive and self-confident yet willing to listen. Being self-motivated and committed to continuous learning and self-development..
Able to work under stress and tight deadlines, while being a team player
Able to negotiate and gain alignment with clients over issues.
