Responsible for reception and office administration areas.

1. Provide overall daily office administrative support such as supply of stationery, office pantry supplies, business cards, maintenance of access card system, fixtures and equipments, office air-conditioning, cleaning services, telephone system, conference room booking etc

2. Handling incoming calls and faxes

3. Greeting visitors

4. Arrange courier services and keep track of status

5. Prepare access cards for office staff and guest

6. Prepare the monthly attendance report of SH office staff

7. Assist in updating and monitor monthly administration expenses and checking monthly invoice for the team

Requirements:

1. College degree or above
2. Knowledge of office administration is preferred
3. Fluent English speaking and writing skill is a must
4. Familiar with Microsoft office tools, proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), outlook
5. Possess good interpersonal skills and have a proactive and can-do attitude,be detail-minded
6. Must be able to work independently, and be a good team player
