职位描述
Supporting DSM subsidiaries to comply with DSM SHE requirements and local SHE legislation.
? Coordinating for common training and development of SHE-implementation tracks, based on summarizing of the common gaps in DSM China (ie: training to improve SHE/line manager’s awareness and behavior, knowledge and skills, soil-measurements, waste discharge and disposal, liability issues, industrial hygiene, reporting and monitoring, establishing a continuous learning culture, etc.).
? Combined with Chinese actual situation, interpret DSM SHE requirements, guidelines or practices into Chinese, and exchange SHE information and best practices to help implement DSM SHE standards and local regulation requirements in all ventures (e.g.by organizing regular SHE platform meetings and day to day contact with SHE manager).
? Regular summaries of local regulations and SHE flyers, trip, gaps, status.
? Administrative affairs like translation of documents, coordination of trainings, meetings, summarizes, etc.
? Act as part-time COA auditor for local SHE legislation element
? Temporary assigned task, e.g. support new Large Capital Projects and acquisition projects on building DSM based SHE system and DSM’s life saving rules, including training
? Jobholder identifies all relevant SHE aspects and assesses the corresponding risks related to his/her job (e.g. use of machines, travelling, required training, ergonomics, SHE plans, etc.); acts in such a way that the SHE and security impact on him/herself and others is minimized (e.g. following instructions/procedures, knowing location of fire extinguishers, good housekeeping, etc.); reports and gives follow-up to any incidents (near misses, injuries, dangerous occurrences, etc.) to create a continuous learning environment.
Critical activities:
? Support line management and/or Site SHE management in investigating, analyzing and reporting major incidents and/or accidents to create a continuous learning environment;
? Support line management in realizing and maintaining compliance by realizing and maintaining an up-to-date administrative support regarding audits and by supporting initiatives to increase SHE awareness.
? Systematically map and monitor customer needs and identifying common gaps as a solid basis for multi year plan for SHE in China
?
