At a Glance

Handle with tourism groups and responsible for whole process to satisfying clients, optimizing operation procedures and take care of cost/budget control.

• To handle: Leisure group at various sizes, small Meetings or Events and conference & exhibition, high-end or tailor made FIT guests.
• Develop a formal proposal with costing and budget
• To operate program, and invoicing our client upon completion of program.
• To meet and, when required, entertain our clients/customers.
• Cost negotiation with different nature of suppliers.
• Deliver on operational excellence for customer and team
• Manage each program's budgets ensuring delivery of the agreed destination P&L.
• Identify and create opportunities for regional synergies and business opportunities(cross selling, sell forward destination)
• Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
• Team up with superiors and other colleagues for large programmes.

• 1 years relevant experience,with hotel event sales is preferred
• To improve your knowledge of Shanghai and responsible destinations for sightseeing purpose, your knowledge of restaurant, of venues and hotels
• To meet, escort client on sightseeing in Hong Kong & responsible destinations when required.
• Experience dealing with multi-cultural clientele group
• Fluency in English essential
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills including strong written and verbal
• Ability to engage and develop positive relations with clients, suppliers and colleagues with good team spirit.
• Out of Shanghai site inspection trip(s) and on-site programme operations, if required.
