职位描述:
岗位职责：
1.负责已有产品的优化和改进;
2.负责新需求的设计和开发;
3.与团队成员合作完成整个系统的设计和开发;
4.负责撰写相应模块的详细设计文档.

岗位要求:
1．熟悉.NET平台上的开发技术，三年以上实际项目开发经验；
2．精通ASP.NET、WCF、Web Service、AJAX等技术；
3．熟练运用HTML，XML，CSS，DIV，JavaScript等；
4．熟悉SQL SERVER数据库，能熟练地运用SQL语言，熟悉SQL语句调优和数据库调优；
5、有良好的自我管理能力和一定的项目管理能力；
6、较强的沟通学习能力，对技术有热情，有能力直接跟踪和学习最新的软件技术。
