Role Description
Performs a variety of administrative duties and/or assist in the coordination of projects to support department business operations. Activities include producing documents; collecting, recording, sorting and filing information; handling mail; preparing routine reports; making travel arrangements; arranging appointments; responding to enquiries; and operating office equipment.

Role Qualifications and Technical Skills
Under direct supervision, performs a variety of secretarial duties as distributing mail, performing simple calculations, and maintaining records and files following standard procedures with all work certified or checked.

? Applies subject matter knowledge; requires capacity to understand specific needs or requirements to apply skills/knowledge.

? Problems and issues faced are routine, but solutions are frequently not clearly prescribed.
? Checks and makes minor adjustments to work methods to solve problems that are routine and typically exist in current work processes and systems. May be required to highlight areas of concerns/problems and puts forth solutions to supervisor in own work area.
OPERATION RESPONSIBILITIES
Team administration
Support team members on administrative matters. (Travel arrangement, expense claim, correspondence, etc.) . Provide English/Chinese, Chinese/English translation of various departmental reporting/presentation.
Project assistance
Assist in completing and coordinating activities as related to assigned special projects; assist in establishing and/or communicating project timetables, action steps and status updates; follow-up, to ensure timely execution to meet established deadlines.
Data Reporting
Compile a variety of data to include creating spreadsheets or databases for maintaining and reporting management information. Set up and maintain document filing.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
? Applies broader job knowledge of norms, standard processes and procedures that are typical for own job.
? Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Real Estate, Finance, Business or Hotel Management, or a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience in a corporate high energy office environment.
? Experience: 1-2 years of prior relevant experience
