Responsibilities:
-Operate and manage the IT service desk and IT operation for all China location to meet the agreed SLA
-Responsible for daily IT operation including service monitoring, change management , procurement, remediation action
-Responsible for making recommendation for IT infra architecture planning , and lead the implementation
-Responsible for design , build and run the infrastructure service in , but not limited to following areas
* Win Server/Linux Server/Unix Server
* Server/Storage management
* SAP Basis
* E-commerce Maintenance
* Connectivity including both data/voice network
* AD/Messaging service
* Data center and IDC management
* Backup/Restore operation
* Firewall and network device
* Manage the security measure deployment, like security patches, anti-virus, anti-spam, firewall, PC security

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
-Highly proficient in UNIX / Linux / Windows environments
-Strong knowledge on LAN/WAN technology, VMware technology.
-Good knowledge on SAP basis, SQL Server/Oracle, HTTP protocol will be preferred
-Team work and Collaboration
-Good Communication Skill
-Good Command in English
-Willing to share and quick learner
-Bachelor degree in computer science or related
-5 years+ working experience in managing a larger scale infrastructure (reference : 4+ locations, 500+ PCs, 100+ servers )
