Purpose/Objective:
Ensure GSP compliance in warehouse and logistic operations, and contribute in product quality control.

Area of Responsibilities:
1. Lead routine quality management in logistic operations (including 3PL) to improve GSP compliance
2. Coordinate incoming product quality inspection when necessary
3. Manage nonconforming products and returned / recalled products
4. Assist to follow up logistic complaint handling
5. Monitor supplier quality performance and feedback to suppliers
6. Monitor Cost of Poor Quality to drive waste reduction
7. Conduct internal quality audit and follow up audit findings

Person Specification
1. Qualifications & Education:
1) Bachelor degree or above, majored in Medicine or Biology perferred
2. Skills & Knowledge:
1) Strong in problem solving
2) Good written and oral communication skills
3) Good command of English
3. Experience(Essential):
1) 3 years above hands-on experience in medical device / pharmaceutical industries
2) Good understanding of GMP/GSP, ISO 9001/13485
4. Experience(Desirable):
1) Familiar with logistic/supply chain operations.
2) ISO Audit experience
5. Personal Skills / Attributes:
1) Highly responsible
2) Autonomous
3) Ability to lead / coordinate working groups.
4) Good communication, cooperation skills
6. Other areas: eg. working conditions / hours
1) Due to the time difference between EU, USA and China, some T-cons may be held late at nights.
