Summarized Accountability:
Provide HR support to Asia team including C&B, reporting, meeting coordination and other HR related activities.

Key Responsibilities:
1. C&B Management
1) Prepare payroll for Asia office including expat. and local associates, and keep the social insurance and tax etc. registration on time;
2) Provide regular monitoring of legislation changes regarding remuneration, taxation and benefits;
3) Support merit increase process;
5) Ensure the implementation of required changes in HR/Payroll module;
6) Control payroll accountant apply updated remuneration system on the regular basis;
7) Effectively integrate local legislative requirements into plans, works agreements and actions;
8) Integrate social and employment law into company agreements;
9) Provide associates’ cost for AOP
10) Bank card making and CPF card distribution for new associates;

2. Be responsible to prepare and generate all HR related reports .
3. Arrange, coordinate, support regional HR conference, monthly meeting and other HR related events / seminar
4. Support HR regional projects

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree
2. At least 3 years HR related experience
3. Good English skills, oral and written
4. Strong learning ability;
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to communicate with all levels of associates;
6. Logic thinking and excellent organizing skill;
7. Result oriented and self-motivated;
8. Team player & Creative thinker;
9. Good PC skills
