DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/任务和职责：
? Mainly support Global Sourcing Business to get best Group benefit.
? Develop, selects China sources to supply fasteners and C parts(for plastic and metal).
? Optimize current suppliers to get best advantage for company benefit.
? Implement sourcing strategies for commodities to achieve cost saving continuously.
? Trouble shoot in supply chain inclduing price negotiation, min. order qty, quality document etc.
? If required, act as internal trainer to deliver internal training course to other colleagues
? If required, actively participate in Company’s continuous improvement projects.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
? Bachelor’s degree with a major in engineering , material, machanical or related
? Minimum 5 years of working experiences in Sourcing, Supplier Development in Foreign trading company,expert ofmetal components and plastic, rubber parts is a plus .
? Expert on bar-tuning parts, fully understand the machine, tooling and production process.
? Strong capability on cost analysis, like raw material, process, tooling, production management, etc
? Demonstrates an awareness of core business processes, including manufacturing processes, financial analysis, organizational structures, quality systems.
? Have basic knowledge of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and common Microsoft PC software (Excel, Word, etc.)
? Average English reading, writing and listening, speaking.
? Good Interpersonal, negotiation and organizational skills
? Ability to understand engineering drawings and specifications
? Be able to travel fluently.
