DESCRIPTION:

Responsible
for evaluating management system of Disney suppliers and their factories to ensure
their operation is incorporating compliance to the local regulations, industry
practices and Disney’s expectation in the areas of workplace standards, product
quality, environmental impact, supply security as well as protection of Disney
intellectual properties.

Provide improvement guidance to Disney suppliers and their factories, and assess their
capability to continuously improve all areas of their manufacturing operation and
support the development of supplier’s capability to excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·This role will manage Asia region programs related to all global corporate and
external compliance requirements (i.e., ILS, C-TPAT, AEO, Customs Compliance,
Green Supply Chain initiatives) in WDPR supply chains as well as other
applicable TWDC supply chain.

·Conduct management system assessment to ensure preventative measures being implemented
at the factory to ensure compliance with local and internal requirements

·Engage Suppliers and Factory level leadership in necessary corrective action plans to mitigate
risk and to continuously improve system of the factory operation.

·Provide training to internal and external partners throughout the Asia region regarding
Disney’s expectations on suppliers and their factories.

·Create, execute and assess pilot projects to test new techniques and processes to build
profitable supply chain modules.

·Complete job report timely with qualitative and quantitative data.

·Support line manager to train new team members and dedicate to project work assigned by
management

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS USED IN POSITION:

·3- 5 years minimum of manufacturing related responsibility experience.

·Exposed to Corporate Social Responsibility responsibilities, and experienced in quality
assurance, labor standards, supply chain security and green supply chain
initiative monitoring.
·Familiar with product knowledge, local standards and industry best practices.
·Demonstrated research and analytical skills.
·Good communication skills, demonstrated verbal, written, facilitation and presentation skills.
·Productive individual contributor and supportive team mate
·Result oriented, strong business senses preferably with factory evaluation experience.
·Good project management skills.
·English working knowledge and fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese is a plus
·Must be computer literate (Word / Excel)
·Willing to travel and work under pressure
·Desired- Knowledge of ISO 14000, OSHAS 18000, SA 8000
·Desired– Bachelors Degree or equivalent
