Responsibilities:

Act as the client manager (including relationship management) for the assigned group of new and renewal clients and utilize and build strong H&B business knowledge and skills to deliver customized solutions to these clients addressing their needs. Peer review and finalize client deliverables. Assist on jumbo clients as a specialist or key team member.

· Prepare reports as necessary to support projects. Request and review client and vendor reports

· Ensure relevant business data and client files are updated and maintained

· Communicate and negotiate with carriers surrounding vendor management issues - (ex. turn around time, service statistics, performance reviews, etc.)

· Learn and apply advanced product and complicated implementation procedures

· Capable of solving ongoing client and vendor issues without supervision

· Handle new mid-sized clients independently

· Provide jumbo account day-to-day support

· Participate in renewals focusing on employee satisfaction, vendor management and annual reporting

· Work on fee-for-service projects and shorter term relationship management

· Independently conduct and coordinate renewal and remarketing exercises

· Responsible for collecting all fees or commissions for small to mid sized clients

· Will be responsible for managing individual revenue goals

Requirements:

· Bachelor Degree and above

· Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential

· At least 3 years'work experience in insurance industry including experience in group health/medical insurance sector

· Ability to work independently

· Good team work spirit

· Strong analytical skills

· Solid project management experience

· Broker license is required within 3 months of hire
