岗位描述：
1. Prepare, analyze and report weekly, monthly, quarterly gross margin analysis by brand, by region, by brand
2. Assist in month-end closing, analyze inventory evaluation, inventory roll forward
3.Responsible for Stella Retail business management control reporting, following retail kpis, ratios, profitability, expense control
4.In charge of budget file consolidation in support to the Finance controller
5.Monthly variance analysis on reporting P&L and Balance Sheet, sales revenue, discount follow up, promotion, stock position, AR ratios, ROI by store
6.Analyze cost accounting data and assist with cycle count/physical inventories whenever it is required
7.Prepare detailed account analysis and reconcile sales, cost and inventory, AR, accruals
8.Review and analyze inventory and margin reports, conduct research and perform analytical studies in regards to cost analyses and profitability
9.Ensure timely submission, accuracy and validity of inventory, gross margin schedules to management
10.Maintain internal control documentation and test internal controls
11.Work in special projects as required
12.Support and assist internal department reporting requirements such as audit schedules, tax schedules and others
13.Always ensure an adequate level of internal controls to protect company assets and alert is any discovered issues
14.Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

任职资格：
1.Minimum 7years significant finance experience
2.Strong analytical and modeling skills are required
3.Strong experience with FMCG / Retail
4.Possess interpersonal skills.
5.Superior attention to detail
6.Can successfully manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
7.A fluency in financial and standard software
8.Fully qualified CPA, ACCA,ACA,CIMA(or equivalent)with previous financial control and management reporting experience
9.Good level of English is MUST
