职位描述：

Deliver timely & accurate monthly
financial and management report

Overseeing the overall running of financial
and internal control function on sites.

Work together closely with head office and
site GM to prepare annual budget & quarterly forecast

Provide effective analysis on the variance
against budget and forecast

Prepare monthly reports to partners (e.g. SIA)
and franchisors according to agreements.

Organise for the delivery of all management
information to various departments (e.g. Financial, costs and

sales report)

Document all review meeting, action plan with
operation and maintain a monthly financial review file.

Prepare and submit monthly and yearly tax
filing

Other ad hoc analysis as required

Review weekly Cash Flow Forecast

Co-ordinate month end closing and ensure
meeting deadline for month end closing.

Review all journals vouchers, payment, receipt
and sales vouchers.

Ensure that the financial policy and procedure
is being followed

Assist in Cost Control investigation

Select unit for random unit cash audit , and
document and report the result to the management (each unit should be at least
done once a quarter)

Assist in all matter relating to tax,
commercial, statutory registration and update

Review monthly bank reconciliation

Address any control issue to the Management

Hold regular meeting with the GM to ensure
that units are following company policy in processing sales transactions

Basic accounting entry

A minimum of 6 years' relevant working experience with at least 2 years
at supervisory level

Experience in hospitality industry will be an advantage.

Good analytical skill and well verse with MsExcel

Excellent interpersonal skill and communications skills
