职位描述
As the Director of Sales you willdirect the sales team and achieve
hotel revenue, profit and customer satisfaction goals by developing and
implementing strategies to increase hotel awareness and sales. Your
responsibilities includes:
- Participate in the development and
implementation of business strategies for the Hotel which are aligned
with theBrand's overall mission, vision values and strategies - Achieve market share and revenue goals by directing the group and transient sales and marketing strategies
- Implementation of sales strategies designed to maximise revenue and yield
- Review of all business opportunities to ensure profitability levels are acceptable
- Design and proposes programs which meet customer needs and drive demand
- Develop and implement annual sales goals which are aligned with the hotel's overall revenue goal
- Create 100% guest satisfaction by providing Yes I Can! genuine hospitality and by exceeding guests expectations
- Ensure
that all staff maintain up to date administrative account of all sales
activity and account information utilizing computerized database system
(Fidelio, Sales and Catering and Maximiser) - Represent the Hotel at relevant industry trade shows and events
- Develop and implement strategies and practices which support employee engagement
Required Skills: To be successful in the Director of Sales position, you should possess the following skills:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience managing to brand standards
- Experience managing owner relationship
- Able to resolve conflicts; guests, supervisor and employee
- Able to collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers to ensure teamwork
- Ability to travel
- Knowledge
or hotel operations including; preparation of business plans, budget
forecasting, quality assurance program, hospitality law, and long-range
planning - General knowledge of contract laws
Required Experience: Minimum five years sales management experience within hotel industry
