职位描述

Key Purpose:
1. Reach and surpass sales / revenue targets and performance objectives while predominantly field based (dependant on market sector).
2. Effectively manage customer relationship with pre-defined critical/key and strategically important customer base.
3. Ensure customer service standards are maintained in accordance with the Customer Charter at all times.
4. Research market and analyse trends and make recommendations regarding Sales Plan and Strategy.
5. Constantly manage customer expectations and then exceed them.


Requirements:
1. Minimum 4 years of exhibition or media sales experience preferred.
2. Target driven account management experience essential.
3. Experience of key account management and adding value to customers essential.
4. Digital sales experience essential, B2B preferred.
5. Sponsorship sales experience preferred.
6. Proven track record of problem solving and constructive solution selling.
7. Experience presenting and influencing at a senior level.
