职位描述

This is a leading gas-equipment company.


Responsibilities:
1. Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures sustainable attainment of company sales goals and profitability
2. Responsible for the performance of the sales and customer service team members
3. Actively supports the company Brand building process through the honouring of core values
4. Assist in the development & implementation of marketing plans
5. Provide timely feedback to senior management with regards to all business performance
6. Maintain accurate records of all sales activity of all team members
7. Creates and assists in the creation of proposals & presentations of such
8. Manages the business expectations of selected key accounts directly and secures access to all major business tenders
9. Prepares and works to agreed budgets and estimates
10. Controls all costs and expenses in line with agreed budgets
11. Adheres to company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implimented within teams
12. Recruits, tests, hires and trains team members in agreement with the criteria agreed with senior management


Job Specification
1. 5-7 years of experience in sales management
2. Understanding of how a distributor network operates and an ability to motivate towards products
3. Extensive experience of all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management
4. Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
5. Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professional
6. Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams
7. Strong effective communicator with highly developed demonstrated teamwork skills
8. Ability to coordinate the efforts of a team of diverse employees
9. Ability to see the bigger picture and provide useful advice and input across the company
10. Ability to research & evaluate new market opportunities, demand for products, customer needs and insights
