Position: Assistant Window Officer

Job Summary/Purposes

The incumbent is responsible to assist and work with the Assistant Technical Manager for show windows and light boxes set-up, for Prada, Miu Miu, Church’s and Car Shoe in China.

Responsibilities

- Specialist in Prada, Miu Miu, Car Shoe & Church’s window props, for all China Stores,
- Maintain effective communication with Visual, Technical, maintenance and retail teams in/from China, APAC & Italy offices,
- Good technical backgrounds on window setups,
- To establish effective schedule(s) for seasonal & special window and light boxes changes, with PRADA assigned contractors,
- On-site & hands-on approach for ALL window + visual setups for all stores in/for China,
- To provide, establish and maintain execution budgets for all window props setup and visual changes,
- Good skill sets for detailed documentation & photographic reports for ALL window, visual setups


Requirements

1. 5 years’ experience minimum;
2. Worked before for luxury brands;
3. Technical background, VM oriented;
4. Available to travel;
5. Hard working person;
6. Good english;
7. Due to the nature of the work, preferably male but not mandatory.
