职位描述：
1. Follow up nomination cargo and provide sales lead to overseas agent.
2. Handle customer queries / complains in regards to sailing schedule, rate enquiries, MSC services, space & booking situation and ensure customer orders/requirements are clearly transferred to all concerned parties.
3. Work closely with trade/CSR team to carry out the day-to-day follow up and operation
4. Maintain close liaison with counter agent for cargo prospect and monitor their booking performance.
5. Assist immediate supervisor and manager to follow up with counter agents / MSC offices on any rules and regulation regarding the trade and ensure information is relayed to the CS team to comply.
6. Handle/consolidate daily rate request from Sales team/Sub-agents and apply with principals.
7. Coordinate with other departments closely to ensure MSC’s objectives are fully adhered and achieved.
8. Carry out all relevant duties as outlined in the Company procedures and policies.
9. Perform any other job duties assigned by immediate supervisor and management.

职位要求：
1. College degree or above
2. CET(College English Test) - 4 or above
3. Experience in shipping or related industry- 2 or above
4. PC literate in MS Office
