?JOB SUMMARY
1. Lead a team of engineers in Electrical, Mechanical and Software in product development activities.
2. Organize team in development roadmaps, test/system improvement and product issue resolution.
3. Work with product lead to ensure product specification and compliance requirements are met.
4. Participate as a technical team member in product design and development activities.
5. Working with all stake holders; e.g. factory and suppliers to launch the product successfully

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Have total P&L responsibility of the project
2. Have total responsibility of the budget, resources, project and engineering management of the team
3. All internal and external tactical project related issues will be addressed and stop at this level
4. Key contract for all cross functional stake holders
5. Customer relationship management is an important part of this position
6. Continue to delight the customer to ensure the sustainability of the team and the business

PERFORMANCE METRICS / MEASURABLES
1. Product design roadmap activities and implementations.
2. Design process and development process improvements.
3. Design support and issues resolution.
4. Product and Process Cost Reduction.

MINIMUM ACADEMIC REQUIREMENT
1. Tertiary education in Engineering
2. Keen interest in wireless design
3. Study/Experience in wireless design.
4. Lead and manage a technical team.
5. Development experience in wireless devices.
6. Lead and manage a cross-functional team.
7. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
8. Excellent Project Management skills, PMP certified preferred
