Would you like working in a fast pace and multicultural environment? Then PUMA is the right place to be! Become a member of our successful Marketing team based in Shanghai, We are currently looking for a Assistant Digital Marketing Manager .
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Support Manager to develop the PUMA China digital strategy for paid, owned and earned media communication;
- Develop the communication/content strategy for social media and KOL with short term and long term KPI setting;
- Manage and provide training to the junior staffs
- Analyze the competition from an ergonomic, communicational, strategic and conceptual point of view
- Participate in the research of user types, the creation of prototypes and usability tests and prepare reports
- Understand segments of the target audience: online behavior, needs, motivations, objectives; discover insights (consumer, internet, marketing, etc);
- Co-development and executing of digital strategy and planning for China
- Responsible for working with Digital Marketing Manager to transform the brand communication strategy into national online and mobile communication strategies
- Development of unique online and mobile marketing ideas for China in conjunction with all Marketing and Retail Functions as regional/global Interactive Management
- PUMA social media platform content planning
- Budget, timeline, production quality control on campaign basis;
- Independently lead, and co-work closely with the digital/media agency/production house for deliverables
- Co-leading the local digital creative agencies and media buying agency together with Digital Marketing Manager)
- Leading the Social Media creative agency in driving social
- media content development and communications
- Develop key relationship with media contact to capture and editorial opportunities
- As the digital influencer, to monitor, collect and consolidate the latest digital trends/applications/sites to colleagues across other teams
- Digital projects status reporting internally on monthly basis
- Control of digital budgets
- Always consider connecting digital campaigns with Sales, Retail, PR & Product
- Participate yearly digital agency and online media buying agency evaluation, also lead the social media agency evaluation
Things you should bring along / Qualifications:
- Knowledge of data analytics
- Active and keen user of the internet, various social media and mobile
- Knowledgeable about China and international sports field / brands & lifestyle sector
- Strong knowledge in online-shopping platform, social media, mobile, etc.
- Excellent written Mandarin Chinese
- Excellent English fluency
- Critical, strategic, creative thinker with a “Think of the Box” mentality
- Good conceptual understanding of brand building & usage of PR as a communications tool
- Excellent interpersonal / communication skills
- Able to multi-task and attention to detail
- Team player with inspirational attitude / Patience & Passion with Proactive nature
- Open-mindedness
- Able to take calculated risks
- Effective in time management and plan execution
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing (exposure in digital advertising agency is preferred)
- Previous experience with media in China-in-depth understanding of lifestyle / sports inspired media in China is preferred
- Background from high end consumer products, including fashion, personal accessories, etc.
- Mixed experience in digital marketing agency and in house digital marketing position is a strong advantage
- Bachelor degree or above, preferably in E-Commerce, Marketing or New media marketing or related field
