总体描述 Overall Description：

This role is responsible for handling firsthand customer calls and diverting their requests to the responsible departments

主要工作职能 Major Accountabilities：
1. Work in the customer care team to handle firsthand Taiwan and China Mainland customer calls from GCC region or divert their requests to the responsible departments
处理台湾和大陆地区的客服热线电话或转移至相关责任部门
2. Transfer proper customer calls to the senior on-line engineers
向更高级别工程师转达客户需求
3. Dispatch field engineers for customers 派遣现场工程师
4. Assist field engineers with order parts 协助现场工程师预订配件
5. Deal with equipment-service related complaints 处理与设备服务相关的投诉
6. Make the eXceed surveys once the service is closed 针对服务质量展开问卷调研
7. Coordinate with customer order service team to handle installation dispatch related work
协助订单部门解决装机、订单等工作
8. Send various daily report to internal departments 编制内部、跨部门工作报告
9. Check and maintain data entry accuracy of the team 维护系统数据的准确性

录用要求 Requirements：
1. College degree or above 大专以上学历
2. Speak fluent Minnan dialect support TW customers 闽南语流利
3. Proficient in Windows/ Office/ Internet 熟练操作Windows/Office系统
4. Good in written English 良好的书面英语能力

Experience
1. Call center experience is preferred 有呼叫中心工作经验为佳
