Job Description:职位描述
The Project Manager will consistently oversee assigned project by planning the execution, oversee budget and manage resources.

Responsibilities:职责
// Prepare and manage project concepts, briefs, and budgets and observe process quality
// Clear and regular communication with clients and related internal department
// Strict overview on execution time plans
// Support for the production team and timely booking of resources
// Regular report to the supervising manager
// Solve problems independently in case supervising mangers absence
// Ability to work independently and as part of a team
// Lead and supervise the internal team within Budget and time
// able to assist in Marketing & Sales planning

Requirements:要求
// High level of organization, analytical and project management skills
// Ability to lead people, offering instructions and be able to motivate employees to perform at a high level
// Comprehensive Knowledge of online marketing and online communication
// Strong communication and good visual presentation skills
// Ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously and produce high quality results
// Minimum 4 years relative experience in project management, 2 years online marketing
// Ambition to add value to the online community, focus on user value
