Major responsibilities :
1.Implement M3 system for the newly acquired entity.
2.Define and implement internal controls in a manufacturing and sales environment
3.Develop and implement costing model for the manufacturing process and incorporate in within the M3 system.
4. Oversees the functions of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, General Ledger, Fixed Assets accounting in the manufacturing plant
5. Ensure that the books of the company are closed in a timely and accurate manner.
6. In charge of the inventory accounting and provisioning process. Perform quarterly cost rolls.
7. Manage day-to-day treasury functions of the Company. Prepare monthly cashflow forecasts for submission to Kemin China for cashflow management within Kemin's operations in China.
8. Assist Kemin China's Finance Director in managing the insurance coverage of the Company.
9. Manage the submission of the tax filings and any other governmental reporting requirements in China , e.g, Statistics reporting, VAT returns etc
10. Manage and train direct reports.

Qualifications & Experience
1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
2. Minimum of 6 years working experience in the finance or accounting area.
3. Working experience in a manufacturing environment
4. Strong command of written and spoken English.
5. Fluent in Mandarin
6. Experience in working with ERP systems. M3 is a big plus.
7. Self- motivated, independent & resourceful
8. The candidate must have a verifiable, spotless reputation for honesty and integrity.
