1. Analyze offers in comparison with competitors and market needs to meet customer satisfaction;
2. Assist marketing manager to develop product short, mid-long term strategic plan;
3. Through abroad and extensive network, be a key player when defining and driving product strategies in all relevant programs;
4. Develop product value proposition and translate the values to sales team to drive product core advantage;
5. Manage product line and lifecycle, assist marketing manager to assess product and provide valuable proposal for product positioning;
6. Manage and update Europe test report on time and responsible for local test report, to meet sales team’s demands;
7. In charge of competitors’ product performance tracking including volume, technical data follow up;
8. Key trainer for marketing & sales training, to ensure improve sales team product knowledge;
9. Be responsible for translation work of all product relevant sample tools and brochures;
10. Assist marketing tools design and promotional events arrangement;
11. E-Campus owner, to apply login info for eligible people.


Requirements
Education: Bachelor degree or above, major in business marketing or economics relevant

EXPERIENCE: 3 years above
? Product/Category management in the building materials industry prefered
? Experience of industrial marketing in a B to B environment

SPECIFIC SKILLS:
? Fluent in English (written and oral)
? Ability to take own initiatives and work independently
? Analysis & Decision-making
? Capacity to understand relevant issues, to give vision on the middle term and to manage the D to D operational job
? Ability and experience to work in a multicultural environment
