Role description The position will involve design leadership within a multi studio environment, liaising with clients and management of the design team. A key component of this role will be the interface between clients. A demonstrated portfolio of architectural design achievement is required which also demonstrates practice management and sustainability. The successful candidate should have at least 8 years senior level experience in a professional service environment. The position will also involve coaching, mentoring and career development of discipline personnel. |
Requirements, e.g. skills and experience _Qualification in architecture _Strong business development and marketing skills and the ability to demonstrate leadership _A proven ability to win and manage work _A respected reputation in the industry _Creative design talent and commitment to effective teamwork _A commitment to the development of a strong design culture _Strongly self motivated and tenacious _Strong skills in design and report writing (including experience with relevant software packages) _Minimum 8 years experience preferred with the majority in the private sector _Demonstrated interest, experience and skills in multi-disciplinary urban planning and design work _Strong communication skills, ability to work with major clients and stakeholders to consult and present _Strong experience and skills in the management of finances, resources and personnel at a senior level _Mandarin speaking preferred for this role _Registered national class A Architect is preferred |
