岗位职责：
1.充分理解集团对该领域业务发展的战略规划，协助总裁发现、考察与金融有关的投资项目，负责寻找和发现国内金融业及相关投资机会，完成重点项目投资，确定符合集团战略规划的金融投资策略，并组织实施；
2.寻找国际国内金融企业的投资，对接已投资企业负责管控和服务的业务部门；
3.关注中国金融市场投资机遇，打造金融产业链；
4.协调集团内部资源，设计和开展金融业务，并使之成为金融重要平台；
5.持续发现金融产业投资机会、对接金融产业优势资本、持续优化金融产业管理；
6.制定事业部战略目标、工作计划、操作流程和实施方案，并按期实施；
7.根据集团战略目标和规划，实现事业部财务指标、投资指标等战略目标；
8.指导、服务和管理事业部下属已经投资的金融企业；
9.指导团队完成投后管理工作，追踪监管所投项目的业务发展，使其达到预期发展目标，并妥善地维护与现有合作伙伴之间的良好关系；
10.与产业界保持密切联系，及时掌握行业动态，建设与维护相关监管机构以及同业之间的关系；
11.有效地管理、评价、凝聚、激励、提升本部门团队，进行团队建设；
12.协助完成其他产业和部门的投融资项目；
13.完成董事会、集团交办的其他工作。岗位要求：

任职资格的具体描述：
1.研究生及以上学历，管理类、金融类相关专业；
2.十年以上金融行业工作经验，七年以上金融公司中高层管理工作经验；具有2次以上成功的金融行业大型投资、并购经验，熟悉证券、投行、基金业务。
3.具备扎实的金融行业的知识；具备良好的文字组织与表达能力；具备较强的沟通、组织和外交能力；
4．善于自我激励并善于激励他人，拥有出色的人际沟通能力、管理能力和团队合作精神，有较强的上进心、责任心和综合素质；
5.熟悉国家金融市场行情和产业政策，有出众的商业判断力、洞察力，和分析能力，能够以前瞻性的眼光分析商业机会和进行战略决策。
6.具有出众的领导能力，能够给予团队专业性指导，增强团队凝聚力，带领团队共同努力。身体健康、能适应高强度的工作压力。
