职位描述
岗位职责：
- 确保原材料,产品生产过程或最终成品符合公司内部和国家/行业制订的标准；
- 通过听筒测试助听器的基本音质；
- 检查助听器外观品质；
- 通过Pro&Go测试助听器的声学特质；
- 根据作业指导书判断助听器是否符合质量标准；
- 完成和保存质量记录；
- 完成上级领导交付的其他任务。
任职要求：
- 中专及以上学历；
- 2年以上的相关工作经验；
- 坚持以结果为导向开展工作；
- 高效地自我管理；
- 有创造性，并且善于根据岗位要求及时调整自己；
- 工作有主动性；
- 能承受压力；
- 具有一定的压力调节能力；
- 具备团队精神 ；
- 协调能力较强；
- 熟悉MS办公软件；
- 动手能力强。
