职位描述

An exciting opportunity for a Site Security Manager position to lead contracted security service team and own security staff to fulfil site security requirement, and for all China facilities.

Good existing security and compliance standards

Responsibilities

Work closely with all business leaders, auditor and partner
Understand requirements related to security and regulatory compliance, and to map those requirements to current security management practices;
Develop, implement, and manage the overall process for security strategy and associated architecture and engineering standards;
Serve as the focal point for security incident response planning and execution;
Develop and implement policies, standards and guidelines related to security;
Oversee the continuous monitoring and protection of facilities, personnel and information systems. Evaluate suspected security breaches and recommend corrective actions
Define, identify, and classify critical assets, assess threats and vulnerabilities regarding those assets, and implement safeguard recommendations;
Address Internal Audits results and work with internal auditor in the development of appropriate criteria needed to assess the level of new/existing applications and/or technology infrastructure elements for compliance with BI international standards and BI China local security Policy;
Manage & evaluate contracted service provider’s performance always meet contract terms
Provide professional support towards security programs for field force;

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have good leadership skills with a business-based attitude; be able to communicate with senior level management; results-oriented and good with compliance and monitoring enforceability. Over 10 years of Security experience; Network-based security experience, Developing security practices as a people problem versus a technical problem; Strong experience with enterprise security concepts
