An exciting opportunity for a C&B Manager, Greater China position to with one of the world leading provider of financial service machinery based in Shanghai.

Responsibilities
- To lead HR C&B Operation team and consistently enhance the effectiveness & efficiency in compensation & benefits, performance management, policy & processes and HR systems and adding values to organization.
- Providing guidance through partnership with business leaders on key compensation & benefits processes to serve business needs, and in line with the overall business C&B plan
- Conducting reviews of current base salary levels and proposing salary changes based on job analysis, internal salary data and external market data
- Designing and implementing employee benefits programs and/or reviewing and maintaining existing benefit programs if in line with C&B plans and business objectives. This also includes identification and engagement of suitable benefit vendors
- Researching and engaging market research companies to obtain market data and industry trends within C&B
- Evaluating C&B processes and policies to ensure they are current, competitive and in compliance with legal and local rules and regulations
- Mediating between benefit providers and users by means of handling employee benefit related questions and suggestions
? Preparing and distributing written and verbal information to employees on C&B policies to raise awareness and spread knowledge - Continuously review performance management process & guidelines and design; lead the implementation of internal performance management Compass; improve, implement reward system, initiate motivation programs, periodically review sales incentive scheme to enhance effective recognition and support talent retention;
- Leverage HR systems to enhance HR productivity and effectiveness through HRIS management.
- Leading integration of benefits program following M&A/integration deals
Requirements
- University degree or above
- Strong customer service focus.
- Strong interaction, communication and influence skills
- 6-8 years of Strong HR C&B relevant working experience at least
- Good analyzing capability with reasonable business sense
- Persistent and responsible for his/her accountabilities with proactive attitude
- Strong leadership, interpersonal communication, problem solving and analytical skills
- Self-driven, self-starter
- Good command of spoken and written English
