Overall Responsibility/工作概述:

This role is to be responsible for the total revenue and contribution of the assisgned shows, existing and new show launches plus driving growth.

Scope of Responsibilities/ 工作职责：

1. To manage the P & L of the assigned event(s) and achieve 100% of financial target for assigned shows. (including revenue and profit of the event). To work with project co-ordination team, operations team and marketing team to ensure the quality of the events. To manage and direct the project team in implementing the marketing plans and budgets for the assigned shows. To drive growth and deliver new business with high quality.

2. To compile project plan, marketing plan, sales strategy paper and sales action plan.

3. To manage key accounts, develop rapport and maintain high retention rate at the assigned events

4. To coordinate and Manage the International Sales Team, make sure they achieve 100% of sales target

5. To maintain high awareness of industry trends, climate, players, distribution and issues.

6. To develop and maintain good working relationships with business partners, including trade associations, trade boards and relevant supporting media.

7. To coach and develop team members.

8. To prepare and submit accurate and timely reports:-

10. Competitive show reports

11. To be responsible for floor plan management, contract and payment collections and customer service.

Qualifications/任职资格:

1. Bachelor degree or above

2. At least 3 years experience in project management, exhibition industry experience is preferable

3. Good understanding and relevant knowledge in business culture.

4. Have a strong command of both spoken and written English/Chinese

5. Creative and strategically thinking.

6. Good Commercial sense.

7. Mature, excellent inter-personal communications and presentation skill

8. Able to work under pressure and multi-tasked.

9. Well- organized, Hardworking and self-motivated.
