Role Summary/Purpose
PFLP is an intensive two-year program consists of technical finance training with three rotational assignments encompassing key areas of finance such as controllership, cost accounting and financial analysis. Assignments, lasting from six months to one year, take place in manufacturing locations across GE where basic concepts of accounting are reviewed and GE practices learned.

Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor or Master degree
• Finance/Accounting background preferred
• Internal candidate who has at least 1 year GE experience
• External candidate who has least 3-4 year related experience
• Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills
• Intermediate English
• Possess citizenship of People's Republic of China
• Flexible on location (on-program & off-program)
