职位描述
General description of work assignments
? Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
? Collect daily production and quality data, make statistic analysis and report to management team.
? Work with other departments to solve quality issues.
? Provide quality awareness training and quality tools training for production and quality personnel.
? Handling of nonconforming material, follow up corrective and preventive actions.
? Responsible for new product quality related tasks and submit PPAP reports to customer.
? Update quality documents like working instruction, FMEA, control plan.
? Handling of customer complaint and lead a cross function team to finish 8D report.
? Work with engineers from other department to do continuous improvement.
? Attend regular customer audit/visit
? Manage of small laboratory and test station
? Complete ad-hoc assignments based on business needs
Work experience requirements
? At least 3 years working experience in automotive industry, preferable as tier 1 supplier.
? Good understanding & working knowledge of ISO 9001, TS16949
? Experience with SAP
? Work experience with foreign company
? Fluent English, both written and oral.
? Experienced within APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA and 8D
Educational requirements
? University graduate with engineering background
? Diploma or degree in QA/QC
