Key Responsibilities
？ Sales order processing:
？ Receive customer orders by EDI or emails, and finish order acknowledgement within 24 hours.
？ Set up complete order tracing record and keep all information timely updated.
？ System maintenance, including Scala, WMS and ESK midware operations for order input, order change and order cancellation.
？ Timely information exchange and communication with related departments:
？ Daily transfer customer order requirement to procurement for proper purchase and get confirmation of goods arrival date.
？ Allocate the goods into each order and make order delivery by priority.
？ Issue delivery notice to logistic dept according to order confirmation date. Delivery notice must be transferred to warehouse with considering of enough space/lead-time of packing and packaging material preparation.
？ Export order handling DAP Yangshan zone, goods loading list must be prepared and send to AVL forwarding company for Customs clearance before goods sent.
？ Quick response to customer’s requirement
？ Answer the phone and reply the emails of customers.
？ Help customers for all data providing, information check and problem solving.
？ No customer’s complain due to personal inappropriate behavior.

Job Requirements
？ Bachelor degree or equivalent
？ Minimum 1 year work experience in customer service
？ Good MS soft office skills and ERP experience is a plus
？ Able to read and write in English
？ Service orientated
？ Team work spirit
？ Patient ,willing to work repeating tasks
