JOB OBJECTIVES:



This position will responsible for Korean and Japan market sales and distributor / Agent management together with some key customers’ business development like HOKUYO group.






MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:



1.Initiate, Plan, and carry out sales activities to achieve sales targets and profitability target for responsible area and customers



2.Lead and coordinate technical service plan together with other technical service colleagues to fulfill responsible customers service needs, work together with CSO, technician and PM to actively push and follow up any NCM with resolution to avoid any extra business loss and protect existing sales



3.Exploit new business opportunities and protect existing business by identifying emerging customer needs in terms of product portfolio, technical services requirements, delivery planning etc.



4.Manage/maintain/update customer pricing, provide customer credit information for company credit check, push and follow up timely collections from customers to meet revenue and profit margin goals and A/R target.



5.Propose and implement customer projects in cooperation with technical services colleagues to safeguard existing business and explore potential business opportunities, monitoring realization of the project target and propose corrective measures



6.Study and analyze customer forecast and purchase pattern together with CSO to optimize stock/inventory level to avoid delivery failure, actively monitor and push customer timely order placement to save selling cost (as shipping/freight cost, extra air freight cost, extra compensation cost) in best company interests



7.Arrange timely customer visits, provide visit report and monthly sales activities summary report to supervisor with collected industry/market trends and competitors activities information for business and competition analysis with proposal as well







Requirements:



1.Education: Bachelor degree.



2.Working Experience: Familiar with multinational culture and leather business market



3.Availability: Strong communication skill both with mandarin and English internally and externally



4.Willing to travel based on working arrangement
