Responsibility:
1. Prepare the monthly closing timely and correctly,
2. Prepare daily accounting vouchers and keep accounting record in ERP system
3. Prepare all account reconciliations
4. Prepare various statistic reports which need to be submitted to the local government
5. Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audit
6. Issue invoice to customers.
7. Consolidate and produce financial reports under Chinese accounting rules and regulations
8. Analyze the trending and changes in balance sheets, income statements and cash flows
9. Assist Finance manager on monthly closing work.
10. Manage the account receivable and payable.
11. Other things assigned by Finance & Admin Manager

Education & Qualification:
1. College degree or above, major in Finance, Accounting or related
2. At least 3 years experience in multinational companyin Finance function.
3. A broad knowledge of accounting systems.
4. Good Good command of spoken and written English
5. Good computer literacy in modern office environment.
6. Have a Valid accounting certificate.

2. Active working attitude, patient, honest, responsible, can work under pressure
3. Team work spirit, work independently and under pressure
