岗位职责 Position Responsibilities：

项目秘书服务于莫特麦克唐纳建筑部门项目组，负责对象为项目组负责人、项目协调人、专业负责人。主要工作内容为：
The project secretary works for the project level of CNB, reporting to project leaders, project coordinators and principal engineers.

1 按公司对文档管理的要求进行项目资料收/发/存档，发出文件的格式整理（信件、报告、PPT等）；
In and out project document filing and formatting in accordance with IMS requirement, including but not limited to receive/send out/archive letters, reports, documents, PPT ect.
2 新开项目公共邮箱、文件夹整理；
Organise public email box and folders for new projects
3 项目协调会纪要，协助负责人督促项目组按时完成行动计划表；
Make meeting minutes for project coordination meetings, and assist project leaders in monitoring the project team to complete required action after the meeting.
4 按专业负责人要求，整理各专业技术资料（样本扫描归档），设计规范归档、更新；
As per the requirement of project leaders/chief engineers, organize and filing technical document and design code of each discipline
5 技术规格书文本输入、格式调整和装订；
Type technical specifications and fomatting
6 如遇突发大工作量事件，协助部门秘书完成任务；
Assist Department Secretary when needed
7 按照部门要求，配合商务拓展；
Make cold calls and assist other BD activities as required by the Divisional Manager.

任职要求Candidates Requirement:
1 1 year and above project admin/document control related experience
2 Good communication and English skills (able to read, write in English).
3 Familiar with MS Office software including Word, Excel, PPT, outlook.
4 Detail-oriented, careful , quick learner
5 ‘Can do’ attitude and can work under some pressure in case of project emergencies
6 Have the potential and willingness of doing the sales-type of work such as cold calls if required
