· Development of a comprehensive and consistent market representation strategy that delivers retail sales, share, profit and brand health.
· Establishment of the dealer network in China to support the overall business objectives
· Create detailed city representation plans which put our vehicle network in a competitive position versus key competitors.
· Manage the dealer selection process to objectively select the best qualified dealer candidates for all outlets
· Development and implementation of distribution policies and procedures at all 4S, sales and service outlets
· Development, implementation and enforcement of the Brand@Retail standards and requirements
· Enhancement and monitoring of Dealer Profitability through dealer business management support
· Monitor the performance of all Dealers vs objective and manage the poor performing dealer process
· Ensure robust appointment and termination processes are in place and are in line with all legal requirements.
· Development, implementation and enforcement of the franchise control guidelines.
· Develop strong working relationships with identified wholesale finance companies to evaluate and monitor dealer candidates
· Development and Training of internal staff in the Dealer Development Department
