Role Summary/Purpose
A member of Power Generation China finance team, playing key role in Risk Management especially in Power Generation contractual services agreement ('CSA') portfolio. This person will actively support CSA negotiations from risk management and commercial finance perspectives, working closely with Sales, Commercial & Operation teams in region and Risks/Commercial Finance teams in headquarters, meanwhile will be leading cross-function project and drive delivery of business critical objectives.
Essential Responsibilities
• Understand & manage region CSA risks aligned with PGS global risk scoring process.
• Prioritize contracts with high termination or utilization risk and develop commercial/technology actions with sales/risk/OTR teams.
• Collaborate with commercial finance and sales to provide insights & decision making on all new CSAs, mitigating future risk at contract inception
• Lead as commercial finance to support customer renegotiations. Actively manage and identify renegotiation pipeline
• Understand emerging risks coming out of the CSA CMR process and develop mitigation strategies. Partner with the region risk and productivity leader to drive productivity while mitigating risk on deferred growth.
• Partner with the cross functional teams to drive/implement special business operation projects in supporting of business growth.
• Provide financial planning, forecasting and operational analytics support as required
Qualifications/Requirements
• University degree in finance or accounting; master degree preferred
• 10+ years or relevant experiences preferred
• Great analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability to liaise with business leaders and colleagues at all levels in cross-functional environment
• Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously and promote teamwork, accountability and speed
• High energy level, mature, independent and results oriented
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English and Mandarin for both written and verbal
• CAS/FMP graduate preferred
