Essential Responsibilities
• Provide technical interface with Commercial Operations, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Project Management and Manufacturing/Sourcing throughout the ITO&OTR life cycle.
• Responsible for technical clarification/presentation to customer, technical risk assessment to support commercial/sales.
• Provide support to response all customer technical inquiries and communications, as well as review customer specifications and site data for assigned projects.
• Provide support on site visit and make technical influence during technical interaction with customer.
• Provide technical proposal of wind turbine selection, farm layout and assessment of the loads suitability.
• Support the improvement of existing processes and creation of new processes as needed.
• Manage workload effectively and complete assigned tasks on time
• Flexible for role's rotation per business needs.
• Flexible for extra task assignment per business urgency.
Qualifications/Requirements
• BS or above in engineering sciences or equivalent
• 5+ years of relevant working experience
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, creative problem solving skills.
• Systematic thinking, self-directed and proven leadership skills.
• Good interpersonal communication skills to work in global team.
• Willingness to travel, demonstrated ability to work independently on site issues.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (verbal & written).
Desired Characteristics
• Experience of wind turbine system design/tower design/foundation design & construction or BoP calculation.
• Experience with wind resource analysis.
• Project Management mind-set that includes aggressive planning, schedule commitments, and efficient resource controllership.
