Essential Responsibilities

• Utilize planning systems and purchasing processes with internal and external suppliers to support customer needs and expectations.
• Will own a portfolio of parts for fulfillment and will plan for those parts ( repair or consumables)
• Build and maintain strong linkages across Suppliers, Global Parts functions, Sourcing, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams to ensure proactive supply chain management.
• Work with repair/consumable suppliers to improve processes and reduce cycle time
• Responsible for process improvements and collaborating with other supply team members in EU and AM,
• Evaluate opportunities to improve the current supply chain process and lead projects internally within the function.
• Responsible for both fulfillment and inventory of the assigned portfolio of parts.
• Effectively communicate both internally and externally to achieve goals defined by the organization.
• Own delivery performance and achieve superior customer satisfaction and business results.

Qualifications/Requirements

1. Fluent in English
2. Bachelors degree and 2 years supply chain experience or HS diploma and 6 years supply chain experience
3. Proven ability to drive change initiatives in a matrix environment
4. Ability to successfully motivate and maintain employee involvement while driving change

4. OMLP Graduate
5. MBA or Masters Degree
