Implement &
control performance management program;

执行并管理员工绩效管理项目

Assist in
executing company performance appraisal program based on existing policy and
review to optimize the process;

根据现有政策，执行公司整体绩效考核工作，检查和优化流程；

Assist the
Management to Setup Manager level annual PM KPI target and ensure effective
evaluation;

协助经理部门设定中层管理人员的年度绩效考核指标的及有效实施考核；

协助部门/分公司建立主管年度绩效考核指标并监督实施；

Summarize PM
result and provide conclusion report after analysis;

汇总绩效考核结果并加以分析后提供小结报告；

Supervise PM
program for general staff.

监督一般员工的绩效考核工作。

Plan and
conduct training program

负责规划和组织公司培训。

Setup a team
of internal part-time trainer and work with external training service provider
to implement corporate training program.

建立内部兼职培训师队伍结合外部培训服务开展公司培训工作；

Organize new
staff orientation program;

组织新员工入职培训；

Responsible
for corporate training plan and implementation;

负责公司层面的培训计划与项目实施；

Assist
Department/Branch to setup internal training program and supervise the
implementation.

协助部门制定部门内部培训计划并监督实施.

Summarize
monthly training report and maintain training information into HRIS accordingly

制作每月培训月报，并维护培训相关人事系统。

Plan and
implement internship/trainee program

负责规划和执行实习生/培训生计划

Submit the
report to analyze yearly internship/trainee’s HC per company’s requirement

根据公司要求，规划每年实习生/培训生人数，并提交相应分析报告。

Assist
staffing specialist to hire qualified interns/trainees and provide reasonable
suggestion accordingly

协助招聘专员进行实习生/培训生招聘，并适时提供合理意见

Develop and
review training courses for interns/trainees on regular basis, and implement
them as planned

开发并完善实习生/培训生入职后的培训课程，并分阶段加以完成

Setup a team
of internal part-time trainer to ensure internship/trainee’s training plan can
run smoothly;

组建一支内部讲师团队，以保证实习生/培训生培训的顺利开展

Submit
conclusion report of internship/trainees program after analysis, provide the
suggestion to ensure this program can conduct well

期制作实习生/培训生计划小结，并适时提出建议，以确保实习生/培训生计划的顺利开展

Other HR

Maintain training
& PM filing system and keep filing up to date

维护员工培训及绩效考核档案及随时进行归档

Provide
