职位描述
Major responsibilities:
The FP&A Manager will report to the CFO. He/She will manage, direct and control the finance budget &
forecast process, be responsible for delivering accurate budget, making deeply analysis for business
performance as well as high quality reporting to HQ/APAC and local management within the timeframe.
Being part of the middle management team, he/she will participate in the fast development of the
company's overall business growth and strategies.
- Ensure financial budget and forecast process goes smoothly, coordinate with Department heads
to make results aligning with Corporation strategy;
- Proactively work with Sales & Marketing to understand industry and Client better, provide
analytical insights in identifying growth opportunities to facilitate the focusing on budget &
monthly rolling forecast accuracy;
- Support on SD, lead PD process to ensure high-quality Planning & Forecast package on timely
basis;
- Deeply analyse financial statements and ensure variances are well explained, coordinate with
relevant departments and work out counter measures for improvement/remediation plan;
- Ensure monthly financial and management reports are prepared accurately and submitted on a
timely basis to local management and HQ/APAC;
- Partnership with Department heads on analysis and decision making support for revenue, cost,
expense, positively impact the business.
- Strong support to senior management on business growth (new and organic), client profitability
analysis;
- Actively support on new projects;
- Supervise 1 direct report (2 indirect) of personnel and to provide work direction/support for the
team;
- Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned by the CFO
Requirements
- Professional degree holder in accounting or finance/audit;
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience with at least 5 years in FP&A position;
- Prior working exposure in foreign enterprise or multi-national corporation preferred
- Native Chinese speaking, very good communication skills in English, both orally and written;
- Good working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
- Familiar with financial system (SAP), good computer skills;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (internally and externally, including the companies
overseas);
- Strong capability of working efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines;
- Initiative oriented person is more suitable;
- Ideally having an accounting professional certificate, such as AICPA/ACCA/CPA/CGA etc.
