Product Owner
Location: Beijing Shanghai
Responsibilities:
? Collaborates closely with the members of the Scrum team, providing guidance and direction to the team when needed
? Voice of the customer: understand customer’s needs, and represents the customer’s inter-ests within the Scrum team.
? Works with Client:
? to understand the business needs, goals and requirements.
? to ensure that requirements are translated to User Stories.
? Write user stories in the product backlog are clear, complete, and prioritized, and actively manages/grooms the backlog on an ongoing basis.
? Support the UX/UI Design or be able to design basic UI/UX
? Become a temporal ‘expert' in the project we are working on, talking to experts inside and off-site the company, research the internet and books, and adding colleagues which can con-tribute to the product
? Set expectation for delivery of new functionalities and participate in the creation of the project release plans.
? Be able to say no to stakeholders, clients, or the team. Balance expectations between all these groups.
? Approves sprint goals and holds the Scrum team accountable for meeting their goals and demonstrating it to the customer.
? Interfaces and Authority:
? Associate Area Director – your manager
? Clients – understand their requirements and consult them
? Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master – understand technical requirements, responsible of the user stories delivery
? SCRUM Team, be there, open to feedback and able to guide them/answer questions
Skills Requirement:
? A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or,
3+ years of experience as business analyst, product owner, or a similar roles.
3+ years’ experience of agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures.
3+ years’ experience of the software development lifecycle
? UX/UI basics & be able to communicate with UX/UI people
? Scrum “believer”, be able to convince and follow SCRUM in difficult situations
? In-depth knowledge of testing practices and techniques.
? Ability to quickly understand issues and offer solutions
? Good all-round communicator.
? Good verbal and written English skills.
? Advanced negotiation skills.
? Proven leadership ability.
? Decisive.
? Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities and tasks as delegated
? Team-player with the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
