工作职责：
负责项目施工图阶段机电设备专业设计；

任职要求：
1、3年以上机电专业设计或房地产开发工程经验；
2、有商业和综合项目经验者优先机电专业本科以上学历，具备专业注册资质优先；
3、熟悉国家和地方及相关政府职能部门的机电规范和要求；
4、具备多项目、跨专业统筹协调能力，善于合作，态度积极；
5、具大型百货商场经验者获优先考虑，能以英语沟通为佳。
