Position Summary:

This position includes the development of distributed, scalable applications utilizing Java. This individual will design, implement and test code for various applications. They will work as a member of a development team focused on both premise and cloud-based applications.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

? Good experience with developing Java/C# applications. Knowledge in Javascript and/or HTML5 a strong plus

? Participate in designing and building high-performance applications

? Be part of a small and lean team with a strong focus on delivering results

? Understand business requirements and identify solutions

? Deliver high-quality production software on schedule

? Maintain a strong customer focus

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required Skills and Experience:

? 2+ years of product development experience with Java and C#

? Hands on experience in working with Web technologies - including RESTful, HTML, JavaScript

? Good understanding of security and implementing security in Java/C#

? HTTP/S protocol and network understanding

? Must have strong English capabilities (written and spoken)

? Ability to follow through and meet deadlines

? Experience working in a global, multilingual organization

? Strong organizational skills with ability to handle various tasks; attention to detail

? Strong oral and written communication skills

? Must be able to work well with others as part of a team

? Scrum/Agile development methodology experience

? Quick learner and excellent team player

Preferred Qualifications:

? Experience working in HTML5/Javascript a plus

? Strong DB / SQL working experience (preferably SQL Server knowledge)

? Experience working on cloud-based applications a plus

? Experience working on iOS and/or Android applications a plus

Education/Licensing/Certification:

? Four year Computer Science degree or relevant work experience
